one to one
Individual Sessions
An individual, private session with my horse partner and I in a safe and non-judgemental environment. We will spend 90 minutes exploring what has brought you to the session, who’s expectations you are living your life by, and how to create a JOY filled future. You will leave feeling more free, connected, peaceful, and loved.

Group Coaching
An opportunity to join me once a week to find freedom by diving into a variety of topics and connecting with other beautiful, loving people. My groups are a safe place to unpack anything and everything going on in your life. Past, present, and future.
Groups are limited to 10 people and depending on the time of year will be with or without my horse partner.

Phone and Aftercare Coaching
These sessions are for clients that would like support between their Individual Equine Gestalt Sessions or for clients who find they would like accountability and connection from their own home.
Siera has a strength and balance in her coaching that helps the client dig a little deeper into themselves. Once there, she helps guide them to clarity and develop a clearer picture and explore the aspects of self that otherwise might not be considered. Her ability to listen from the heart made me feel very safe and able to look at myself from the heart. I highly recommend her as a coach.
